صلاة

لماذا تبكين يا حبيبتي؟ ليتني ضخرة من صخورك الصامدة.

ليتني كنت شجرة أو غرسة على أرضك, لما رضيت الرحيل. لما رضيت هوية أدعوها لي.

لماذا تبكين يا عزيزتي ؟....و هل تعيد دموعك من رحلوا, أم أنك تبكين من اختار الرحيل. لا تبكي.... و صلي لنا يا قدس... نحن من نحتاج الصلاة...نحن العصاة. لو أن دموعنا تغسل خطايانا , لما أوقفنا البكاء.لو أن الدموع تشفي جراحك لما أوقفت العذراء البكاء....يا قدس لا تبكي فنحن أحق بالبكاء.... أنت خسرت قلوبا متحجرة .... و نحن خسرنا حجارة لها قلوب....فمن أحق بالدموع؟

لست مدينتي و لكنني اليك لأشد الرحال. يا قدس لا تبكي ... فنحن بالكاد نستحق الحياة...و لو متنا ... لا نستحق قبورا كتب عليها مجازا.... شهيد. نحن لا نستحق حتى أسماءنا التي توحي بأننا منك و اليك.

لن توقف العذراء الصلاة....و سنعود...و ان لم تستقبلينا ....فأنت لست مطالبة بالأعذار.

حبيبتي يا قدس.... صلي كي ينظر الله لنا.... كي ينظر الله الى دموعنا التي جفت كما الدم في عروقنا.

عروسة أنت ... فقدت عريسها.

صلي لنا يا قدس... فاننا من يحتاج الصلاة.

I wonder how will the mothers in Gaza remember you!! I wonder how will you be able to sleep in a bed while the cold is only gone by the face burns, for Gaza children. NEW YEAR

At this night, I have to mention what Gaza is going through these days. I don't have a word that might be able to express what a mother, whose child has just been killed, feels!! Who could expect that this baby who was born days after 2008's new year's eve, would never survive to see this night?? At least we know that 2009 can't get any worse, already 2000 were injured and 400 were killed. I want to start this year with a prayer not for the souls of those who died, but for the souls of those who are pretending to be alive!! we need a prayer to wake us up .

Even though this year has introduced more sorrow to us, I will still wish a happy new year for everyone. It has always been a battle between life and humanity, our existance today proves who's winning. At the end we always have to bring this green tree , in the middle of the winter, to our cold homes and remind ourselves that we struggled to be. We have to hope for a tomorrow, a next week , and a next year, because we will always win. so HAPPY NEW green YEAR.
